MetroHealth engaged Natalie to assist with the programming and implementation of a comprehensive interior sign package for their new Outpatient Health Center, set to open in 2026. Working in collaboration with the project’s design team of CBLH + Perspectus, she began by studying key decision points and making strategic recommendations to establish a clear wayfinding system for patients, visitors, and staff.
Natalie is interfacing directly with stakeholders and user groups to understand operational workflows. Utilizing MetroHealth’s Interior Sign Standards, she is coordinating with architecture, interiors, fundraising, and artwork planning to determine sign locations and messages, while designing custom elements where needed.
The project also includes a lobby feature wall inspired by MetroHealth’s colorful brand circles—a geometric installation of mixed materials designed to activate the light-filled, two-story atrium. Natalie is preparing updated exterior parking garage signage to support evolving wayfinding patterns in and around the new facility.
